At dxb perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective cellophane to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
